Custody Order Concerning Coronavirus
On April 15, 2020, Santa Clara County Superior Court, Judge Thomas E. Kuhnle, made orders allowing the parties' minor child to go back and forth between both parents’ homes after a dispute arose regarding continued visitation. One of the parents in the case works as a respiratory therapist. The other parent was concerned about exposure of to the virus to the child and the other household.
Judge Kuhnle ruled that the parties' minor daughter is allowed to go back and forth between her two parents’ homes. For more see this Page.
